Privacy Policy
We value your privacy, and all information collected is treated as confidential. We use your information solely for the purpose of providing you with quality care. In some circumstances, we may disclose selected information to other health providers (e.g., medical practitioners, specialists, or allied health professionals) if it directly relates to your care. We will always obtain your consent before sharing your information unless required by law.
By engaging with our services, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with relevant privacy laws. You have the right to request access to your health records at any time and can ask for corrections if necessary.
Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and if you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without adequate notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. If you miss an appointment without notifying us, 100% of the consultation fee will be charged, or the prepaid session will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: If you reschedule within the 24-hour window, the late cancellation fee will still apply.
Exceptions: We do understand that emergencies can arise, and exceptions may be made in special circumstances at our discretion.
Payment Policy
Our fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking a service.
For prepaid services or packages, unused sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the specified time frame. Sessions not used before the expiry date (only applies to packages) will be forfeited.
Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, and direct bank transfers. Any charges related to failed payments or disputes are the responsibility of the client.
Medicare/Private Health Claims: For clients eligible for rebates, please note that you are responsible for submitting claims directly to Medicare or your private health insurer. We provide you with the necessary paperwork to complete the claim process.
Refunds and Service Transfers
Refunds will not be issued for any completed services or packages, unless legally required. If you are unable to attend further sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your remaining sessions to another person or request a special circumstances refund, subject to our approval.
